About two weeks ago my mom broke her kitchen sink strainer, (the strainer that came with the kitchen sink she got from PW). She went to Lowes and they jerked her around, Home Depot same deal. So she took the original strainer over to PW and she told me that a really nice guy, (doesn’t remember his name), helped her out.

Apparently that strainer she had wasn’t made anymore and this guy was able to finagle a rebuilt strainer with her old one and some parts in just minutes!  Five bucks and a visit to Cherry ave & Harding and now she can plug her sink up all she desires!  So on behalf of my mom, thanks for the help!

I've been looking all over for this (apparently) exotic part for my shower.  It's simply a shower stem, but it has plastic on it and it was a little difficult to remove.   I finally found out from John at Plumbing World that it was a shower stem made by Price Pfister from a picture on my phone.  Had my part and my shower was fixed that quick.  Great place, great service AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT!
